Your data and this site

This page explains what happens to the details you type into the request form. Last revised November 4, 2026.

What the form collects

Name, phone, email, the ZIP where the container goes, the size, job type, placement and timing you pick, plus the page you came from, the time, your IP address and browser type. The exact wording of the consent box you ticked is saved with the request as a record of what you agreed to.

Who sees it

Up to three roll-off companies serving your ZIP receive your request so they can quote you. Each company handles your details under its own policies once it has them. We also use a storage provider (Cloudflare) and an email delivery provider to run the service. We do not sell your details to list brokers or advertisers.

Texts and calls

You only get contacted if you tick the consent box. Reply STOP to any text from a hauler to end texts from that company, or tell a caller to put you on their do-not-call list. Email us if a company keeps contacting you after that.

How long it is kept

Requests are kept while they are needed to run the service and to show that consent was given. Ask at any time and yours will be deleted, unless a law requires a record to be kept.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not set advertising cookies. Visits are counted with Google Analytics, which places a cookie of its own to do that.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent, email support@riverwalkdumpsters.com from the address you used on the form. The site is meant for adults in the United States.
